    For the first time in history, menopause is part of the zeitgeist. The generation before us kept this chaos quiet.

    Not us. We’re talking, we’re learning, we’re laughing; sometimes through the tears.

    Each piece is a portion of a larger, original fine art piece created on either watercolor paper or canvas using acrylic paints and oil pastels.

    Most of my conversations these days circle around our shifting bodies, moods, and lack of tolerance for nonsense. A few years back, I hit a low. A friend suggested looking into my hormones - HRT later, and I felt a little more like myself. I'm sharing this art to hold space for the madness, and maybe offer a bit of fun for someone else riding this crazy train.
